Blue Mountain and Wasaga Beach in Summer!

Summer has a way of sneaking up on you and can quickly become a “blink and you’ll miss it” season. A 2 hours drive to north from Toronto lies Blue Mountain on the shores of Georgian Bay. A fun place to spend a weekend or mini vacation. Though we had just one day to come and forth. As a friend of mine (Smit) was not into much of future planning.

The only thing that pushed us to visit Blue Mountain was a roller coaster which runs on mountain they call it ‘Ridge Runner’. You will see the glimpse of it in video. Actually you will see the glimpse of almost everything we did. Though its not all you can do at Blue Mountain. There is more like Gondola Scenic Caves, Open air Gondola, Mountain Biking. You can rent the bike from there.

Also I will tell you which package you shouldn’t buy like Rock climbing as it just a wooden tower where you are suppose to climb with rope tied around you.

Well enough talk here is the video to solve it all. One more thing food their is costly so either take some from home.

That wasnt all so you can check more here : Blue Mountain. Just dont buy whatever they are selling. Also Ridge runner and Zip line is must do. Though it has long line of 45 mins wait.

Although the beloved TTC does not have its reach to Blue Mountain, you can easily get a private bus service to go there. If you have access to a car that would be ideal so that you can visit Wasaga beach too.

Wasaga beach is the longest fresh water beach in the world. It is an iconic place to go in Summer and famous of its breathtaking sunsets.
